Per la direzione Customer Service e Logistica, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Specialista Demand e Supply Planning da inserire presso la ns sede a MILANO.



La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di garantire il corretto bilanciamento tra domanda e offerta presenti nello stock del magazzino centrale e allineare la presenza di questi in base alle quantità concordate/richieste, termini di consegna, data, condizioni commerciali).



La risorsa sarà a diretto riporto della Responsabile Demand e Supply Planning e svolgerà le seguenti attività:


  • Identificare proposte di correzione efficaci per rendere compatibili tra di loro i piani di produzione, lo stock di magazzino e le richieste di approvvigionamento periferico;
  • Riconoscere con cadenza mensile i KPI di performance dell’ufficio e alimentare la relativa reportistica;
  • Allineare le informazioni condivise dal Customer Service per formalizzare alla Produzione la richiesta di priorità di arrivo dei prodotti;
  • Monitorare la reale disponibilità dei prodotti richiesti dai clienti diretti e centralizzati, verificando l’adeguata copertura per classi di prodotto, stagionalità, promozioni/Canvass Commerciali;
  • Monitorare le scadenze per evitare obsolescenze dei prodotti.



Requisiti:


  • esperienza pregressa di preferibilmente almeno 2/3 anni in un ruolo analogo;
  • pensiero analitico e capacità di risoluzione dei problemi;
  • proattività e precisione.
