Con l’obiettivo di individuare giovani brillanti di alto potenziale, siamo alla ricerca di un/a candidato/a altamente motivato/a per uno stage all’interno dell’area Demand Planning di Alfasigma Italia per la sede di Pomezia o Milano.

Presso la nostra azienda, ti offriremo un ambiente dinamico in cui avrai l'opportunità di interagire con diverse funzioni aziendali, tra cui Marketing, Sales Commercial, Supply Planning e Customer Service. Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a avrà l'opportunità di acquisire esperienza pratica nel campo della Supply Chain farmaceutica, lavorando a stretto contatto con professionisti esperti del settore.

Responsabilità principali:

- supporto nelle attività di Demand Planning attraverso la pianificazione delle iniziative di Marketing, Trade Marketing e del Sales & Commercial; - analizzare i trends della domanda attraverso il monitoraggio dei KPI, degli indicatori di sell out e dello stock nel canale; - elaborare report e analisi relativi alle attività di Demand Planning tramite l’utilizzo di tool aziendali (SAP AFO); - supporto alle progettualità legate allo sviluppo del tool di pianificazione della Domanda (SAP IBP); - collaborare con il nostro team di Customer Service per il monitoraggio dei back orders mensili.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche, economiche o ingegneristiche-gestionali - Conoscenza del pacchetto Office con competenza avanzata in Microsoft Excel - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata - Ottime abilità comunicative per collaborare con team interni ed esterni e organizzative - Precisione nella gestione delle attività affidate - Capacità di gestire efficacemente il proprio tempo e prioritizzare le attività - Propensione a proporre nuove idee e miglioramenti ai processi esistenti
