Il committente è una storica scuola di formazione e specializzazione in ambito manageriale con diverse sedi distribuite in tutta Europa. Vanta numerose collaborazioni con aziende italiane ed internazionali nelle loro attività di formazione.


Posizione

Per storica ed internazionale scuola di formazione manageriale ricerchiamo un/una Training Specialist.

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Responsabile di Dipartimento, si occuperà di:

  • Pianificazione dei calendari accademici;
  • Gestione del carico didattico degli studenti e caricamento materiali didattici su piattaforma online;
  • Gestione attività di back office: organizzazione esami, registrazione dei voti, gestione presenze degli studenti, invio comunicazioni via mail;
  • Gestione attività di front office con contatto diretto con gli studenti e i docenti.

Requisiti

Si richiede:

  • Iscrizione alle liste di collocamento mirato - categorie protette secondo la legge 68/99, art. 1;
  • Laurea triennale e/o magistrale idealmente in Psicologia del Lavoro, Scienza della Formazione, Scienze Sociali, Economia o Lingue;
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nell'ambito della formazione o in ambito Instructional Design e/o e-learning;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - livello B2/C1;
  • Gradita esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno in mansione analoga e maturata in contesti dal carattere internazionale;
  • Ottima padronanza della Suite Office;
  • Ottime capacità di adattamento, problem solving e flessibilità;
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali, propensione all'ascolto attivo e al lavoro di gruppo;
  • Proattività e curiosità.

Altre informazioni

Si offre:

  • Contratto diretto in azienda in apprendistato o a tempo indeterminato;
  • Inquadramento: CCNL: Aninsei, livello 3;
  • Range retributivo: dai 22 ai 24K;
  • Benefit: bonus di performance pari al 10% sulla Ral;
  • Orario di lavoro: 8-17 o 9-18 con un'ora di pausa pranzo;
  • Sede di lavoro: Torino città.
