Job Title: Healthcare IT Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Implement manage and support healthcare information systems including EHR and practice management software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and maintain data security protocols.
  • Train healthcare staff on the use of IT systems and best practices for data management.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage software updates system integrations and technical support.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures specific to the healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Health Informatics Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems including EHR/EMR software.
  • Proficiency in network administration database management and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience in with healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience with system integration and interoperability in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare coding and billing processes is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance
