Business Development Executive Healthcare

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients (hospitals doctors pharmacies etc.)
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Medysevas offerings
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective communication and negotiation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Minimum 23 years of experience in business development preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Graduate degree (BBA / B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated resultsoriented and selfdriven
- Targetdriven with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
