Designation Sales & Business Development Positions 5(work from the office and some travel within the city to meet clients)Reports to: VP Sales Purpose of the Role To search develop and service new clients and existing relationships for Jasra GraphicsLocation Mumbai Near Shri Siddhivinayak Temple Prabhadevi Industrial Area
Role & Responsibilities
  • To prepare and implement quarterly plans and strategies for achieving sales targets
  • To generate new business leads for the company using techniques such as cold calling & pitching attending conferences and events ensuring topofthemind recall with existing clients or attending to incoming inquiries
  • To service existing clients to develop scope for repeat business
  • To ensure innovativecustomized solutions are delivered to each client
  • To be proactive in learning about new or potential business projects
  • To work closely with the client servicing team to develop estimates and proposals for potential clients
  • To actively participate in overseeing the client servicing team for implementation
  • To oversee the production team and the finance team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
  • To ensure that committed project finances are recovered in due time
  • To responsibly follow all systems and processes
  • To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time

Job specifications:Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate Prior Experience Candidate with 2 to 3 years in sales or business development roleCompetencies / soft skills

Additional informationSalary: In the range of Rs 3 lakhs 5 lakhs per annum (Not a constraint for the right candidate)Incentives: As per applicable Incentive program. It is common to take home incentives that are over 2 or 3 times of the annual ctc for star performers.Other: The candidate should be aggressive to achieve results and should always be available to clients and for internal coordination. The role involves local and sometimes travel within India.Working days Monday through Saturday
