Reporting directly to the CEO the Director of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companys sales department where you will develop implement and monitor business development strategies that align with our objectives.

In this role you will

  • Assist the CEO in executing strategic sales and business development priorities for the business.
  • Lead the development implementation and management of RMR plans.
  • Manage marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research define target markets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee daytoday sales activity to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction efficiency and quality of work.
  • Plan monitor and analyze key metrics to align with revenue and profit targets sales strategy and quotas.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and service leaders to provide sales support that fosters growth and customer retention.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage sales team commissions.
  • Prepare professional complete concise and accurate reports proposals booking packages and other documentation as required for executivelevel presentations.
  • Maintain and share professional/industry knowledge through education networking events and presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Youve got what it takes if you have

  • License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: 57 years experience in business development/sales management.
  • Skills: Ability to manage in a dynamic fast paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; problem solving; ability to make data driven financial decisions.
  • Certifications: Not required.

LOCATION

We are based in Clemmons NC. You may have to drive up to 2 hours to job sites in the surrounding area. Additionally there may be opportunities to travel out of the region (via car or plane) to support customers and/or contractors across the country; these instances are rare.
