Your Role:
  • Manage construction activities of hightech industrial projects
  • Ensure quality procedures and workflows on the construction site
  • Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
  • Review and oversee construction progress
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Review and approve onsite measurements
  • Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
  • Engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections
  • Record and track defects


Requirements
  • Relevant education in construction
  • Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
  • Good knowledge of building codes laws local regulations and standards
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
  • Independent and serviceoriented way of working as well as good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2) both written and spoken
