È l’azione incessante ma sempre coerente.”Inserito/a nella Funzione Human Resources e basato/a nel nostro Headquarter di Parma (Montechiarugolo), il/la Talent Development & Talent Acquisition Intern si dedicherà ad attività di supporto nella gestione dei processi Selezione e Formazione a livello di Gruppo, oltre ad essere di supporto a tutte le attività della Funzione.Offriamo l’inserimento nella forma di uno stage extracurricolare remunerato della durata di sei mesi a partire da Gennaio 2026.Principali Attività:Stesura di Job Description e screening cv;Gestione dei colloqui di Selezione del personale sia per le sedi italiane che per le filiali estere;Gestione del rapporto con l’Hiring Manager;Organizzazione dell’Onboarding Process per i nuovi dipendenti dell’azienda;Stesura dell’Organizational Announcement per i nuovi assunti;Attività di supporto nella gestione dei progetti di Formazione a livello di Gruppo;Alimentare e mantenere database aziendali, inclusi FTE, dati sociali, performance, garantendo integrità e aggiornamenti.Preparazione e creazione di presentazioni digitali e animate, per supportare la condivisione di progetti e attività con l’organizzazione;Di cosa avremo bisogno:Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (B2/C1);Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;Di cosa avremo bisogno:Proattività;Empatia e capacità di valutazione;Ottime doti di ascolto;Capacità di rimodulare le priorità a seconda del contesto;Capacità di integrarsi e collaborare in un contesto di gruppo;Siamo un datore di lavoro che offre pari opportunità e accogliamo le candidature di tutte le persone qualificate, indipendentemente da genere, età, etnia, nazionalità, religione e altre condizioni personali.
