Per contribuire alla crescita ed all’espansione della struttura, ricerchiamo:SOUS CHEFSiamo alla ricerca di un Sous Chef altamente qualificato e motivato per unirsi ad un team di successo. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione di cucine di alto livello, competenze organizzative e una forte attenzione alla qualità e alla soddisfazione del cliente. Questo ruolo prevede responsabilità di gestione della brigata, pianificazione di menù, supervisione operativa e controllo del food cost. Responsabilità: Gestione operativa della cucina e supervisione della brigata. Pianificazione e organizzazione dei menu, inclusi eventi speciali e catering. Preparazione e supervisione del servizio lunch e dinner, sia al pass che in partita. Organizzazione e gestione di catering interni ed esterni. Approvvigionamento e gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori. Redazione dei turni dello staff e gestione dell’inventario mensile. Monitoraggio e controllo del food cost per garantire sostenibilità economica. Implementazione e mantenimento degli standard di qualità e sicurezza alimentare. Supporto alla preparazione di tutte le partite (antipasti, primi, secondi, pasticceria, panificazione, ecc.) secondo necessità. REQUISITI: Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore, qualifica conseguita: Cuoco Tecnologo. Esperienza pregressa comprovata nel ruolo di Sous Chef, Chef de Partie o Junior Sous Chef. Eccellenti capacità di gestione, leadership e comunicazione. Conoscenza approfondita di tecniche culinarie e preparazione di piatti di alta qualità. Esperienza in catering e organizzazione eventi (sia interni che esterni). Competenze nella redazione di turni, gestione food cost e inventario. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Esperienza in contesti di alto livello come ristoranti stellati o hotel 5 stelle. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire situazioni complesse.
