All’interno della divisione Enterprise siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Operations Senior Manager che avrà il ruolo fondamentale di supportare i processi di vendita collaborando direttamente con l’Executive Vice President di Enterprise, team operativi interni e aree funzionali.Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?Supportare i processi di vendita collaborando con l’EVP di Enterprise, i team di Finance, Strategy, Operations e le aree funzionaliSupportare la gestione della pipeline di opportunità, il coordinamento delle riunioni di new business, e analisi approfondite sulle venditeUtilizzare strumenti avanzati di analisi dati (e.g. PowerBI) per mantenere e analizzare i database delle vendite, fornendo insights critici per la strategia commercialeContribuire attivamente all’evoluzione dei processi e degli strumenti di vendita interni, identificando e implementando miglioramenti continuativiSupportare EVP nella preparazione di presentazioni chiave per gli incontri con Executive Committee, azionisti e altre figure apicali del GruppoInteragire direttamente con i clienti per quanto riguarda il mantenimento dei contratti, la gestione degli sconti e dei ribassi e la preparazione delle trattative strategicheCreare ed eseguire piani di lavoro e progetti speciali ad alta complessitàPadroneggiare strumenti e processi per tradurre i requisiti e i mandati aziendali in processi operativi efficaciQualifiche e competenze richieste:Eccellenti abilità analitiche e di pensiero strategico, con un forte orientamento ai dettagliEccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbaleEsperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, dimostrando capacità organizzative e di leadershipCompetenza nell’analisi di mercato e tendenze del settoreProattività e capacità di lavorare in team, collaborando con diverse funzioni aziendaliOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlataCosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone?Ambizione, nel perseguire grandi obiettivi e nell'investire sul miglioramento continuo;Proattività, nell’anticipare e affrontare le sfide con iniziativa;Trasparenza, nel comunicare apertamente e fornire feedback costruttivi;Motivazione a migliorare e a crescere insieme agli altri, manifestando apertura al confronto per favorire la crescita collettiva e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.Invia la tua candidatura e raccontaci come puoi fare la differenza.SEDI DI INSERIMENTO: Roma | MilanoL’annuncio è rivolto a tutti i candidati, senza distinzione di sesso, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità di cui al D.Lgs. 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii.#J-18808-Ljbffr
