Main Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements. Sales Support: Assist in solution planning, preparation of technical presentations, and meeting solution-related sales targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement. Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements, analyze industry service trends (e.g., inverter technologies), and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies. Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. A minimum of 6 months experience in renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, data centers, electric mobility, site power facilities, or embedded power systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
