Il nostro Cliente è una realtà storica che opera a livello internazionale nel settore del design/arredamento/decorazione d'interni.
Descrizione LavoroIl/la Candidato/a ricercato/a, rispondendo al Sales Director EMEA, sarà nello specifico responsabile di:
- Sviluppare il business plan per l'Italia identificando nuove opportunità con particolare attenzione all'apertura di nuovi clienti/canali distributivi in particolare settore contract ed illuminazione;
- Sviluppare relazioni strategiche con partner e clienti chiave;
- Definire obiettivi di vendita;
- Sviluppare un piano commerciale e marketing, in conformità con la strategia della Società, per migliorare la visibilità e la presenza del brand e garantirne la crescita;
- Implementare piani d'azione innovativi per migliorare il sell-out dei rivenditori, inclusi programmi di incentivi, formazione e supporto al punto vendita, oltre al monitoraggio e alla misurazione dei risultati;
- Proporre, gestire, coordinare e supervisionare le attività commerciali e promozionali sul territorio coinvolgendo i diversi team aziendali e gli agenti e/o account sul territorio;
- Utilizzare strumenti avanzati di analisi dei dati per identificare le tendenze e proporre opportunità di miglioramento adatte al mercato italiano per ottimizzare la redditività e l'efficienza nella regione di competenza;
- Presentare regolarmente al management report, analisi di mercato, performance di vendita e proiezioni future;
- Garantire la corretta implementazione dei processi aziendali coordinando le attività delle varie linee di business;
- Rappresentare l'azienda in occasione di eventi e/o fiere di settore.
Il/la Candidato/a ideale ha maturato esperienza di almeno 5 anni in una posizione di responsabilità nello sviluppo commerciale in settori come arredamento-decorazione, lusso, regalo, design, architettura. È necessaria la conoscenza approfondita nella gestione di progetti aziendali nel settore del contract e dell'interior design (residenziale e alberghiero) e la comprovata esperienza nell'apertura con successo di nuovi clienti e canali di distribuzione e miglioramenti del sell-out nelle reti di distribuzione al dettaglio.
È richiesta una conoscenza approfondita dei mercati, della concorrenza e delle tendenze del settore, forti capacità di networking e comunicazione. È necessaria la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, gradita la conoscenza della lingua spagnola.
È utile la dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici quali SAP e Salesforce.
