Paid Media Lead Consultant (Part-Time, 6 Months Freelance)

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead Consultant with a proven track record in managing international campaigns for high-budget clients (over €1M annual media spend), to lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns for top ecommerce clients (2M+ media budget). This is a part-time position for approximately 6 months, with the potential for an extended collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize full funnel paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for international ecommerce clients, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Advertising, DV360, and programmatic advertising.
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Inspire and mentor junior and mid seniority team members, fostering growth and building a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement clear, effective methodologies to maximize ROI while maintaining creativity and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish best practices and drive knowledge-sharing across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 15+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with significant expertise in both traditional and emerging platforms.
  • A strong background in international environments, managing campaigns for large-scale clients. Experience in the ecommerce B2C / FMCG sector and in top media agencies would be a plus.
  • Demonstrable success in handling high-budget strategy, media planning and execution.
  • Growth-oriented and data driven, with a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and the analytics needed to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
  • A passionate professional who stays updated with the latest industry trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
