Following successful clinical adoption across Europe, we are now entering a scale-up phase — transitioning from early market onboarding to systematic activation and repeat procedure growth. We are hiring a Marketing Automatisation & CRM Manager to build and operate the digital infrastructure that powers this growth.Role OverviewYou will own Allotex’s digital commercial infrastructure — CRM, website, social media, funnel automation, and clinic-level activation assets — ensuring that every strategic partner clinic launches and scales patient acquisition with excellence and consistency. You will be the operational architect behind our commercial scale-up — not briefing agencies, but building and deploying the system yourself.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Enablement & ActivationEquip sales & key account teams with digital assets, presentation toolkits and activation materialsBuild and maintain a scalable Digital Excellence Playbook across marketsEnsure premium, compliant implementation in collaboration with commercial, clinical & operations teams Partner Programme ExecutionTranslate high-level partnership agreements into clinic-level digital activation plansDeploy tailored funnels, landing pages, in-clinic comms, educational contentWork on-site when needed to ensure flawless execution and alignment Digital Infrastructure LeadershipOwn and evolve Allotex’s full digital infrastructure: CRM, marketing automation, reporting stack, website, and social mediaBuild scalable frameworks for patient funnel automation & segmentationEnsure full data visibility, tracking, and commercial intelligence across marketsIdeal Candidate5–10 years in digital commercial enablement / CRM / growth automationExperience in healthcare, medtech, or high-stakes B2B/B2B2C environments preferredProven ability to design, implement, and operate digital systems (not just manage agencies)Strong aesthetic standards — able to produce premium client-facing assets & presentationsFluent in Italian and English (additional EU languages are a plus)Based in Milan — willing to travel internationally (~40%)Ready to build the digital engine that directly accelerates real clinical adoption?Apply now or reach out directly — and help shape how the world experiences the future of vision correction.
