Joining our team means being part of a global organization that values professionalism, innovation, and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell construction and agricultural machinery to farmers, construction companies, rental companies, distributors, and dealers across Italy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and propose sales strategies accordingly.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales agreements.Coordinate with after-sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and expand the network.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.Strong knowledge of machinery applications, technical specifications, and customer needs.Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
