This is a place where you can make a world of difference. Donaldson has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer, based in Ostiglia. The position will report to the Senior Manager Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Role is part of the Operations Team.
  2. Main responsibility is to master Product Lifecycle Management by implementing the APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) process in order to create World-Class products with On-Time production launches at our stated Quality standard.
  3. Implementation of APD and CQP procedure’s steps in order to have new or modified final product or process fulfilling Customer expectations.
  4. Oracle is a key tool in APD/CQP process to create or update Attributes, BOM, Routing etc.
  5. Role will collaborate with several Plant departments: Engineering, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, etc.
  6. Monitor main area KPI’s in order to meet assigned target and implement corrective actions if required:
    1. APD - On-Time Project Completion
    2. APD - On-time PPAP Delivery
    3. APD - On-time Tollgate Delivery (phases 1-5)
    4. CQP - On-Time CQP Implementation (phase 7)
  7. Management of one of the plant assembly departments in terms of safety, quality and productivity.
  8. Support the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop.
  9. Support the implementation of quality systems in the workshop.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. University Technical degree: Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering (Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree).
  2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques.
  3. Advanced level of English knowledge.
  4. Computer knowledge skills.
