We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Ostiglia. As a key member of our Operations Team, you'll be responsible for implementing our APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) processes to create world-class products with on-time production launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Product Lifecycle Management by implementing APD and CQP processes.
  • Implement APD and CQP procedures to create new or modified final products or processes that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Plant departments, including Engineering, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Production.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet assigned targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage one of the plant assembly departments in terms of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Support the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop.
  • Support the implementation of quality systems in the workshop.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques.
  • Advanced level of English knowledge.
  • Computer skills.
