Field Technical Engineer CRM - Veneto

The primary focus is to attend implants, follow-ups, and support issues related to high and low voltage stimulation devices.

  • Provide technical support and assistance nationwide to the sales force and physicians during implants and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers on product usage.
  • Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department with additional tasks and projects.
  • Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
  • Communicate feedback and information on supported implants/procedures promptly.
  • Perform booth duty as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Abbott Quality Procedures.
Reporting
  • Produce concise market and competitor reports for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide marketing with information on competitors’ devices.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in similar technical support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
Geography

Focus on the Nordest region, particularly Veneto. Willingness to fully relocate to this area is required.
