We started in Italy with now seventeen restaurants in Northern Italy, with a growing exciting store opening strategy for the next few years.

As the Digital Influencer Specialist, you’ll work to make it become reality.

We dream big and we believe that spreading the Miscusi experience via word-of-mouth is the main driver for new guests to enter our stores the first time or to return with frequency. Influencers marketing is the key to make it happen bigger, louder and faster.

The influencers we work with are not paid for promotion; they are pure hosts in our restaurants. You’ll work with close guidance and supervision of our Brand Director within the Digital Marketing team also made by a content creator and a copywriter.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Digital Influencer Specialist to spearhead our influencer engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with influencers in the food, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, aligning with our brand ethos.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital PR, social media, a passion for food, a good network and a knack for forming authentic connections within the influencer community. Will work closely with the Martech team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Influencer Scouting and Engagement
    1. Scouting: Identify and evaluate together with our Brand Director organic and paid (if applicable) influencers in line with our brand guidelines, focusing on food and lifestyle.
    2. Invitations: Strategically invite and manage pre and post relationships for selected influencers to our restaurants, ensuring alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
    3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, attending events, and becoming a recognized and trusted figure within the community.
    4. Informal Networking: Engage informally with influencers during menu drops or other key brand updates, fostering a strong bond and ambassador network.
  2. Content and Reporting
    1. Monthly Reporting: Create detailed monthly reports capturing all relevant statistics and insights from influencer-generated content.
    2. Trend Spotting: Contribute to weekly digital team content brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and current trends from the food and lifestyle worlds.
    3. Manage budgets for influencer gifting & events.
  3. Coordination and Feedback
    1. Event Liaison: Coordinate with operations teams to organize influencer invites, ensuring seamless execution and experience.
    2. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from influencers to the operations team to continually refine and improve influencer experiences.
    3. Gifting and Events: Manage influencer gifting and orchestrate influencer-specific events as outlined in the marketing calendar.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Digital Influencers management within the hospitality business.
  2. Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of the influencer landscape in food, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
    2. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
    3. Proficiency in creating and analyzing performance reports.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Creative thinker with a passion for identifying and leveraging trends.
    6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    7. Keen interest in social media, having your own growing platform is preferred.
    8. Curiosity and passion about AI, knowledge is preferred.
  3. Personal Attributes:
    1. Enthusiastic, curious and energetic, with a deep love for food.
    2. A social media whiz, budding influencer or, immersed in the influencer community.
    3. Innovative and proactive in bringing new ideas to the table.
    4. Strong brand ambassador, embodying the Miscusi spirit.
    5. Autonomy: A self-organized and autonomous self-starter.
