Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.  Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Events Intern to join the Team About the roleThe Events Intern will provide administrative support within the division preparing contracts, BEO’s and maintaining multiple databases. What you will doReceive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness.?? Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports and banquet event orders.Update Hotel software for the Commercial department, creating and updating bookings of events and preparing Banquet Event Orders.?? Operate a variety of electronic and manual office resources, including but not limited to laser printers, multi-function copy machines, fax machines, paging system, a bindery machine.? Support the team with site inspections preparation and execution. What you bringService passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.  What we offer: •    Monthly salary and a comprehensive benefits package •    Excellent Training and Development opportunities •    Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort •    Complimentary Dry Cleaning for business attire •    Complimentary Employee Meals Schedule & Hours:Full time position (Monday-Friday), available from February 2026 for 6 months.
