Description

As a Workplace Assistant at DAZN, you will be responsible for supporting our DAZN offices in Italy and ensuring that all office facilities and processes run smoothly, which includes both the physical space and the comfort and well-being of all our employees across the locations both in the office and working from home, as well as our guests and partners visiting our space.

We’re looking for a confident Workplace Assistant who has strong organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a people-first approach. This role is based in our Milan office.

As our new Workplace Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Be the face of Facilities - first and the center point of call for guests and staff queries, providing an efficient and high level of service to the office and to external guests.
  • Assist with events and requests - being innovative and proactive.
  • Oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of all office facilities in both our Milan offices, being the first point of contact for the sites.
  • Assist with the implementation of health and safety standards.
  • Provide support on Town Hall, events, and large office meetings.
  • Manage vendors including security, cleaning, and so on.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to HR, local teams, our neighbours, landlord, and building management company.
  • Raise POs and maintain spreadsheet records.

You’ll have:
  • Confidence in communicating at all levels across the organization as well as with external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and be a problem solver.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
