Role Overview

As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support, ensuring the correct execution of the company's financial and accounting activities, aligned with company objectives.
This role requires both administrative and accounting skills, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Your mission: 

  • Communication Management. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Document and Financial Management. Organize and maintain documents, invoices, archives, and files; assist in processing and booking vendor invoices, issuing invoices, and managing employee expense claims.

  • Reconciliation and General Accounting. Book and reconcile company credit cards, record financial transactions, and maintain financial records.

  • Additional Support. Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Your ideal profile: 

  • Educational Background. A high school degree in business administration or related field; a degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field is a plus.

  • Experience. Minimum of 1 year in administration or accounting roles.

  • Skills:
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software; knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    - Knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Language Proficiency. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
