Stiamo cercando un* Growth Manager orientat* ai risultati, pronto/a a guidare il lancio italiano, trasformando una storia di brand già vincente in crescita misurabile. Sarai la mente e il motore della strategia marketing nel nostro Paese: progetterai, lancerai e ottimizzerai campagne digitali con budget multimilionari, costruendo gradualmente il tuo team locale e collaborando con il team europeo di Growth. Cosa farai Disegnerai e implementerai la strategia di marketing per l’Italia, lavorando fianco a fianco con la Country Manager. Guiderai l’acquisizione clienti attraverso Paid Search, Paid Social e canali digitali emergenti. Gestirai e ottimizzerai KPI fondamentali come CPA, conversione, retention e LTV. Localizzerai la customer journey per il mercato italiano, adattando messaggi e creatività al tono e alla cultura locale. Analizzerai i dati per individuare insight, ottimizzare budget e orientare le scelte strategiche. Collaborerai con i team UK, Germania e Paesi Bassi, condividendo best practice e costruendo una crescita sostenibile. Chi cerchiamo 5+ anni di esperienza in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing in contesti D2C o eCommerce. Esperienza avanzata in Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) Competenza diretta nella gestione di budget superiori a €1M all’anno. Passione per il mondo startup, l’innovazione e… i cani 🐶. Fluente in italiano e inglese, sia scritto che parlato. Cosa offriamo Retribuzione competitiva: €75.000–€85.000 + bonus + stock options.
