Through events like PlatformCon, which brings together over 35,000+ participants each year, we connect thousands of professionals, share best practices, and help shape the future of how teams build and scale internal developer platforms.What You’ll Be DoingRunning and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data‑driven optimization decisions.Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.Testing new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint.Managing lead flows in HubSpot and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Strong interest in AI and automation, with hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.A data‑driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics.Curious, experimental, and proactive. You enjoy testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often.Excellent written and spoken English.
