We are looking for Sales Executive (m/w/d), driven and enthusiastic, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team. Your role in BizAwayFULL CYCLE POSITION: manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signing, at least for the first year. Research and prospect new clients in Italy. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints. Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.). Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects. Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract. Forecast sales revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary. Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders. Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your Basic QualificationsYou have a native level of Italian plus a good level of English (both written and spoken). You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‑performer SDR. “No excuses” attitude: your success depends on you, not on others. Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and are eager to raise the bar every day. Proactivity: you actively propose value‑creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes. Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with few certainties.We are also interested inPrevious experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start‑ups.Our offerWorking hours: Full‑time – 40h/week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office), flexible working hours and great offices in Europe. Salary: Starting from the 3rd level and above, range 27K to 37K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
