You will define the creative strategy, decide which UA assets to create and lead the UA creative team into building those. You will work closely with UA, Product leadership and the CEO. Initially, the scope will be to work on Arcane Rush (Android, iOS) on multi-million $/year campaigns. Potentially in the future, there will be more in-house games to work on.Key Responsibilities:Build and lead a high-performing creative team within UA.Develop the UA creative strategy, deciding which formats and styles will drive the best performance.Define which types of creatives are the best for each of the top ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, Applovin, Tiktok..)Work closely with UA and product teams to align creative decisions with marketing and game design goals.Analyze performance marketing data to optimize assets and iterate on successful concepts.Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new creative approaches.Requirements:Proven experience in a Lead role (or similar) in mobile gaming, ideally for top-grossing titles.Deep understanding of creative UA and other aspects related to the impact on campaign performance.Should be still very much hands-on, but also have the ability to manage and mentor a team Strong analytical mindset to evaluate creative performance data.Based in Milan.
