We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team at Instilla Srl. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international campaigns for high-profile clients and lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns for top ecommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize full funnel paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for international ecommerce clients.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and mentor junior and mid-level team members, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Develop and implement methodologies to maximize ROI while maintaining creativity and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish best practices and drive knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with significant expertise in traditional and emerging platforms.
  • A strong background in international environments, managing campaigns for large-scale clients, preferably in the ecommerce B2C/FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrable success in handling high-budget strategy, media planning, and execution.
  • Growth-oriented and data-driven, with a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
  • A passionate professional staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
