What You’ll Do:

  1. You will join the Retail Marketing team within the Food & Beverage area, reporting directly into the Food & Beverage Associate Manager;
  2. You will work with a passionate F&B team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in our bars and restaurants;
  3. You will manage relationships with municipalities and local authorities for SCIA requests and other required licenses;
  4. You will handle budgets, supplier contracts, and the control and authorization of orders and payment flows for F&B invoices in SAP across multiple locations;
  5. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and events to drive sales and customer engagement;
  6. You will coordinate F&B activities with line management as well as legal, administrative, and financial departments.

Who You Are:

  1. You have 1–2 years of experience in F&B management or the Food & Beverage sector;
  2. You hold a degree in Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Food Marketing, or related fields;
  3. You have solid knowledge of HACCP regulations, supplier management, and quality control procedures;
  4. You are skilled in monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality;
  5. You are fluent in Italian and English and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  6. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.

Preferably, You Also Have:

  1. Experience in fine dining or high-volume operations;
  2. Basic knowledge of SAP.
