Business Development & Sales Manager - C&I Solar (Italy)Leap29 are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to lead efforts in the Italian renewable energy market, specifically focusing on Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects. My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives.Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Evaluate opportunities and challenges in the Italian renewable energy market, with a focus on C&I solar projects.Business Development: Identify and nurture new business prospects, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for C&I solar projects.Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring successful execution.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts for project delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 5 years of business development and sales experience in the C&I sector.In-depth knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and regulations.Strong network and relationships with industry stakeholders.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Italian.If the opportunity to be a part of a highly skilled, international team is of interest to you, please apply directly through the link or contact Georgia Sumnall: gsumnall@leap29.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
