Marketing and Product Specialist

Beko Europe is a leading home appliances business, dedicated to changing the lives of our customers through a wide range of innovative and sustainable household products and solutions. It was established in 2023 as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company and Whirlpool owning 25 percent. It benefits from more than 60 years of leadership, innovation and expertise in the home appliance sector.
You will support key European markets, ensure the effective deployment of Washing projects, and contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the category. The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.
Market Support & Commercial Execution
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needs
Project Deployment & Portfolio Definition
Work with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to markets
Develop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputs
Ensure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plans
Commercial Strategy & Range Management
Organize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integration
Provide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partners
Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performance
Highlight key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to strengthen decision-making
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field
~3+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis or similar roles
~ Fluent English and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of commercial dynamics, pricing logic, and portfolio management
