Azienda leader nel settore del fitness e del wellness ricerca per il team della sede centrale un Maintenance&Engineering Manager per l’Area Centro Sud che, a diretto riporto dell’European Head of Facility, Safety&Engineering, sarà responsabile del supporto e coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria della propria area.

Garantirà un monitoraggio continuo, il controllo dei costi di interventi e dei consumi energetici e un tempestivo coordinamento dei team di manutenzione delle singole sedi al fine di assicurare standard di sicurezza elevati, nel rispetto di dipendenti, collaboratori e soci.

Attività previste:
  1. Garantire un costante monitoraggio e supporto ai Club dell'area di propria competenza negli aspetti legati alla manutenzione ordinaria/straordinaria;
  2. Gestire e assicurare il rispetto dei budget opex e capex legati alla manutenzione dei buildings appartenenti alla propria area;
  3. Assicurare una corretta applicazione delle procedure aziendali in materia di sicurezza e manutenzione;
  4. Garantire l'efficienza e funzionalità dell'impiantistica a servizio delle unità locali;
  5. Supportare il processo di selezione e formazione del team manutenzione delle sedi di competenza, garantendo agli staff un costante aggiornamento in termini di formazione;
  6. Organizzare Audit e visite periodiche per supportare e monitorare la corretta funzionalità dei centri;
  7. Intervenire a supporto dei centri in situazioni di emergenza che potrebbero verificarsi anche al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro;
  8. Rapportarsi con i fornitori per individuare le migliori soluzioni tecniche al fine di garantire funzionalità ed efficienza degli impianti;
  9. Collaborare nei processi di fitout in occasione di nuove aperture di centri;
  10. Garantire reports periodici sulle attività in gestione da trasmettere al proprio responsabile diretto (European Head of Facility, Safety&Engineering).
Requisiti richiesti:
  • Diploma di perito elettrico/meccanico.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo di responsabilità in ambito meccanico/elettrico.
  • Padronanza del Pacchetto Office e conoscenza dei sistemi BMS (Building Management System).
  • Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nel centro e sud Italia.
