Adecco Italia S.p.a. è alla ricerca per importante cliente del settore Automotive sito a Torino Nord di una figura da inserire come Accounting.In qualità di Accounting Specialist, svolgerai un ruolo cruciale nel supportare le operazioni finanziarie dell'organizzazione. Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il team contabile, assistendo in varie attività contabili e assicurando accuratezza e conformità alle normative finanziarie.Responsabilità:• Contabilità generale: assistere nella gestione e riconciliazione della contabilità generale, garantendo una registrazione accurata delle transazioni finanziarie.• Conti da pagare: elaborare fatture, verificare l'accuratezza e garantire pagamenti tempestivi a venditori e fornitori.• Riconciliazione bancaria: eseguire riconciliazioni bancarie mensili per garantire che tutte le transazioni siano correttamente contabilizzate.• Tenuta dei registri: mantenere registri finanziari organizzati e aggiornati, sia elettronicamente che fisicamente.• Supporto agli audit: assistere nella preparazione e nel coordinamento di audit interni ed esterni.• Software e sistemi: utilizzare software e sistemi contabili in modo efficace per gestire dati e report finanziari.• Collaborazione di squadra: collaborare con team interfunzionali, fornendo approfondimenti finanziari e supporto quando necessario.Requisiti:• Laurea in Economia o similari• Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno 1 anno• Conoscenza di base dei principi contabili e dei concetti finanziari.• Competenza in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, ecc.) e software di contabilità.Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con opportunità di continuazione.
