Qualification:MU2 | University Master-2nd levelWeekly Hours:40Posted:2 December 2024Position:FSA | Finance ManagerFinancial Services Area (FSA) of negg Group is looking for a smart, fast-paced, and out-of-the-box thinking Finance Manager.For the team led by the CFO, currently composed of an Accounting Specialist, Treasury & Budgeting Analyst, and FP&A Analyst, we are looking for a middle management senior professional to supervise the team of 3.Responsibilities:Working capital management and Statement of cash flows elaboration & analysis;Budgeting and forecasting per BU;Risk analysis and sensitivity analysis on financial performance;Financial compliance & policies elaboration and periodical review;Yearly audit activities management;Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the senior management team.Must have:MSc in Economics or Business;Proficiency (C1) with English language (written & spoken);Proficiency with SAP B1 Fi/Co module;Experience in people management and leadership skills;Italian tax system knowledge;OIC experience;Strong technical accounting knowledge;Strong ability in reporting for statutory accounts (Excel, Board or other tools for financial modelling required);Other requirements (as a big plus):Previous experience in Tech company;Previous experience with M&A and Corporate restructuring;Previous work experience abroad;Experience with Board;IFRS expertise;Location:HQ: Rome (centre) + working from homeFurther information on the salary package will be provided during the selection process.The interested candidates, of either sex, can send a detailed curriculum vitae, complete with photos and authorization for the processing of personal data (GDPR Regulation EU 2016/679).#J-18808-Ljbffr
