Descrizione del ruoloCerchiamo un Mid AI Engineer con 1–3 anni di esperienza, laurea magistrale e una solida base tecnica nello sviluppo di soluzioni AI e cloud-native.La persona lavorerà a stretto contatto con i Senior Engineer e il team di progetto, contribuendo allo sviluppo, al deploy e all’evoluzione di soluzioni AI, con un percorso di crescita strutturato verso ruoli di maggiore responsabilità tecnica.Responsabilità principaliSupporto allo sviluppo e alla manutenzione di soluzioni di AI generativa.Implementazione di componenti applicativi e workflow AI utilizzando framework moderni (preferibile LangChain / LangGraph).Sviluppo e deploy di servizi cloud e serverless (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda) sotto supervisione.Utilizzo di Docker per ambienti di sviluppo e deploy.Collaborazione alla progettazione e gestione di database SQL e NoSQL.Scrittura di codice Python manutenibile seguendo principi di programmazione ad oggetti.Contributo alla documentazione tecnica e alle best practice di sviluppo.Partecipazione attiva ai flussi di CI/CD e ai processi di testing.Supporto alle attività di delivery di progetto e, progressivamente, interazione con il cliente su aspetti tecnici.Requisiti FormazioneLaurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria, Data Science o equivalente.Esperienza1–2 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici (AI/ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering o simili).Competenze TecnicheCloud: esperienza di base/intermedia con almeno un hyperscaler (preferibile Microsoft Azure).Serverless: conoscenza dei concetti e prime esperienze pratiche (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).Containerizzazione: utilizzo di Docker in contesti di sviluppo e deploy.Database: conoscenza di database SQL e/o NoSQL.Python: buona conoscenza di Python, principi di OOP e strumenti di gestione DB (es. Alembic o equivalenti).AI Generativa: prime esperienze pratiche con framework per agenti AI (preferibile LangChain / LangGraph).DevOps mindset: familiarità con pipeline CI/CD e ambienti cloud.Soft SkillsAttitudine all’apprendimento continuo e alla crescita professionale.Capacità di lavorare in team e seguire linee guida tecniche.Buone capacità comunicative in contesti tecnici.Approccio pratico al problem solving.Nice to HaveEsperienza (anche accademica o progettuale) con LLM e sistemi di AI generativa.Familiarità con logging, monitoring e debugging in ambienti cloud.Cosa offriamo Compensation & LevelRAL indicativa: €35.000 - €45.000 lordi annuiInquadramento: Mid AI EngineerStruttura retributiva:Base fissa in linea con il mercato italianoPossibilità di crescita salariale legata a performance e competenze acquisitePercorso di crescita tecnica verso ruolo SeniorBudget dedicato a formazione e certificazioniAmbiente di lavoro stimolante, orientato all’AI applicata e al cloud
