GROWTH & AI MARKETING MANAGERBrisighella Immersiva – Format esperienziali B2C e B2BSiamo alla ricerca di un/una Growth & AI Marketing Manager per guidare lo sviluppo strategico e operativo del brand Brisighella Immersiva e dei nostri format esperienziali, sia B2C che B2B.Questa figura rappresenta un ruolo chiave nella crescita del progetto, con un forte focus su marketing avanzato, approccio data-driven, automazione e utilizzo strategico dell’Intelligenza Artificiale.MISSIONGuidare la crescita del progetto attraverso strategie di marketing avanzate, automatizzate e orientate ai dati, anticipando i trend di mercato e trasformando la comunicazione in uno strumento di sviluppo reale, misurabile e scalabile.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALIStrategia e posizionamentoDefinizione della strategia di marketing complessiva del progetto;Posizionamento del brand sul mercato turistico, culturale ed esperienziale;Allineamento tra visione strategica, format esperienziali e comunicazione.Marketing operativo & growthProgettazione e gestione di campagne digitali multicanale (B2C e B2B);Sviluppo di funnel di acquisizione utenti e clienti aziendali;Pianificazione di attività di lead generation e nurturing;Supporto alla vendita dei format corporate.AI, automazione e strumenti avanzatiUtilizzo di strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale per:Automazione delle campagne;Creazione e ottimizzazione dei contenuti;Analisi delle performance;Integrazione di CRM, strumenti di marketing automation e analytics;Ricerca e utilizzo di database, piattaforme e fonti dati per la crescita del pubblico.Analisi, KPI e ottimizzazioneDefinizione dei KPI di marketing e vendita;Monitoraggio continuo delle performance;Test, ottimizzazione e miglioramento continuo delle strategie;Reportistica periodica a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.Coordinamento e lavoro di squadraCollaborazione con:Direzione di progetto;Direzione artistica;Experience & Event Project Manager;Supporto al coordinamento delle attività di comunicazione sui singoli eventi;Trasferimento di competenze al team interno nel tempo.COMPETENZE RICHIESTEEsperienza consolidata in marketing digitale, growth o sviluppo commerciale;Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di marketing online e analytics;Familiarità con strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale applicati al marketing;Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e risultati misurabili;Visione strategica unita a forte capacità operativa;Autonomia, spirito imprenditoriale e mentalità orientata alla crescita;Capacità di anticipare trend e interpretare il mercato.Cosa non è questo ruoloNon è un social media manager esecutivo;Non è una figura junior da formazione di base;Non è un ruolo puramente creativo o grafico.È una figura di sviluppo, di visione e di impatto.INQUADRAMENTOCollaborazione continuativa;Compenso base + valutazione componente variabile legata ai risultati;Forte autonomia operativa;Possibilità concreta di crescita nel tempo all’interno del progetto e del brand.COME CANDIDARSIInvia il tuo CV e una breve presentazione (anche via email).Avvio: immediato
