Join our international RPO Team immediately for an assignment in Italy

As a Recruitment Assistant for our Customer, an Italian Pharmaceutical Multinational company, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for each stage of the interview process.
  • Supporting the recruitment team with active sourcing and market research.
  • Application Tracking: Manage our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation from new hires. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian
  • Willingness to work several days a week at our office in Abano Terme.
