Join our international RPO Team immediately for an assignment in Italy
As a Recruitment Assistant for our Customer, an Italian Pharmaceutical Multinational company, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for each stage of the interview process.Supporting the recruitment team with active sourcing and market research.Application Tracking: Manage our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation from new hires. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is preferred.Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in both English and ItalianWillingness to work several days a week at our office in Abano Terme.Kelly is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, encompassing factors such as race, gender, individuals with disabilities, protected veterans, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
