Our Group Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and motivated Product Marketing & Customer Experience Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Product Marketing management, covering the full range of products by category
  • New product launch tracking, developing ad-hoc marketing & sales toolkit, working with R&D team to drive the innovation flow
  • You will play a key role in developing the digital strategy of Guala Closures at a global level, covering all the relevant digital touchpoints (website, social media)
  • Support the implementation of our Global Customer Feedback survey, NPS (Net Promoter Score) based
  • Identify strengths and improvement areas at any stage of the customer journey; leverage “voice of the customer” to gain insights and translate them into marketing actions
  • Collaboration with external agencies/consultants
  • Internal interface with Business Units and cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing/customer experience roles

  • Highly motivated with strong analytical skills

  • Result-oriented with attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach
  • Product marketing management
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM (Google ADS focus) logics
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint), CX platforms knowledge as a plus
