Semi Finished Products Manager da inserire all'interno del dipartimento Industrializzazione del sito di Dovera (CR). La risorsa sarà responsabile di:Coordinare le attività in merito all’industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti semifiniti Assicurare il supporto tecnico al Marketing Operativo per la fattibilità dei nuovi prodotti.Predisporre e coordinare la realizzazione lato processo e documentale dei progetti richiesti dal Marketing Operativo per la fattibilità dei nuovi semifiniti.Gestire il personale di competenza.Identificare e definire la corretta metodologia produttiva per i nuovi prodotti fatti con tecnologie note.Coordinare la corretta definizione degli standard e panoplie per prodotti semi-finiti sia compattati che colati.Coordinare le campionature per le fiere della linea Trend e del marketing strategico.REQUISITIConoscenza dei processi di Industralizzazione.Conoscenza processi sviluppo prodotto in ambito cosmetico.Conoscenza SAP.Pluriennale esperienza nel ruolo presso aziende industriali di grandi dimensioni.Sede di lavoro: Dovera (CR)Intercos GroupIntercos è uno dei principali operatori business to business a livello globale nella creazione, produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti cosmetici di Make-up, Skincare e Hair&Body, destinati ai principali marchi nazionali e internazionali, ai marchi emergenti, nonché ai retailer attivi nel mercato della cosmesi e, più in generale, del beauty.Intercos annovera tra i suoi maggiori clienti i principali marchi dell’industria cosmetica, può contare su un organico di circa 6.000 risorse, 11 centri di ricerca, 16 stabilimenti produttivi e 16 uffici commerciali dislocati in tre continenti.
