Si ricerca, per azienda cliente del settore delle PA specializzata nel fornire servizi sociosanitari di base, specialistici e volti all informazione ed educazione sanitaria con sede a Livorno (LI), un/una:


COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST - PART TIME


La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestire tematiche relative all'anticorruzione, trasparenza e codice degli appalti
  • Redigere provvedimenti e determine amministrative
  • Predisporre bandi di gara e modulistica necessaria
  • Pubblicare bandi di gara, ad esempio per la ristrutturazione di sedi aziendali
  • Svolgere mansioni di amministrazione e segreteria
  • Gestire le scadenze e le distinte ASL
  • Monitorare e gestire la banca ore dei dipendenti inserendo i dati di ferie e permessi nel gestionale aziendale
  • Gestione della privacy, curando la gestione del sito web aziendale nel rispetto delle normative sull anticorruzione e trasparenza

Requisiti:

  • Titolo di studio: Laurea in Giurisprudenza o simili
  • Esperienza: Neolaureato/a
  • Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, con focus su Excel

Si offre:

  • Inserimento a tempo determinato in somministrazione di 6 mesi con proroghe successive e la possibilità di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato con Gi Group
  • CCNL Farmacie Comunali (14 mensilità)
  • PT 20h dal lunedì al venerdì (orario flessibile)
  • Luogo di lavoro: Livorno (LI)
