About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company leader in the BtoB services.

Job Description

  1. Develop and guide the Administration, Finance and Control as well as the HR function by execution and monitoring of processes, procedures, and activities.
  2. Assume the global Business Unit Controlling responsibility for the assigned Business Unit, including "Business Reviews" for operational and financial performance over Italy, UK and Spain.
  3. Be the head of HR for the assigned Country.
  4. Deal with the group internal cross-border business relation.
  5. Ensure correct administrative and accounting processes, procedures, and activities, also guaranteeing compliance with administrative, fiduciary, accounting, legal and tax obligations.
  6. Manage the company's cash flow, P&L and Balance Sheet.
  7. Be accountable for the relations with consulting and auditing firms and legal advisor.
  8. Cooperate as the closest interlocutor for statutory and statutory tasks with the local site Sole Director.
  9. Establish an appropriate team set-up that ensures statutory compliance for the associated tasks within finance and HR.
  10. Build up the finance and HR department when appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent culture.
  2. Expertise in IFRS and Italian GAAP and excellent knowledge and management skills of the entire controlling cycle.
  3. Successful track record gained as finance manager with at least 7 years of comparable experience in a multinational business environment (preferably in a functional matrix organisation).
  4. Good knowledge of AS400 ERP system would be appreciable.
  5. Dealing with the Group internal cross-border business relation, some basic understanding of Transfer-Pricing topics is very helpful.
  6. Experience in manufacturing business.
  7. Transfer-pricing related knowledge and understanding of local statutory HR requirements.
  8. Hands-on working capabilities beside the aspiration of managing the current team.
  9. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and capability to implement.
  10. Good intercultural skills and cross border collaboration.
  11. Fluent in Italian and English.
