Responsabilità:
Inserito nel team qualità, il Customer Quality Specialist si occuperà di garantire che i prodotti e servizi dell'azienda soddisfino le aspettative dei clienti in termini di qualità.
La risorsa avrà in capo le seguenti attività:
Raccolta ed analisi feedback dei clienti tramite sondaggi e/o interviste, mantenendo il database aggiornato;
Gestione di eventuali reclami dei clienti, collaborando con il reparto interessato per risolvere la problematica segnalata;
Proporre implementazioni e miglioramenti sulla base dei feedback raccolti e collaborando con il team di sviluppo prodotto;
Monitorare KPI relativi alla qualità e soddisfazione dei clienti e redigere report periodici a supporto della Direzione;
Partecipare agli audit legati alla qualità e relativa certificazione.
Desideriamo incontrare candidati in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Percorso di studi ad indirizzo tecnico (Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze della qualità o affine);
Esperienza dai 3 ai 5 anni in mansione similare, maturato in un contesto produttivo mediamente strutturato;
Conoscenza delle metodologie di miglioramento continuo (es. Six Ligma, Lean);
Conoscenza degli standard di qualità (es. ISO 9001);
Familiarità con software CRM e di gestione della qualità;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Tipologia contrattuale: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: allineata al grado di competenze richiesto per il ruolo
Luogo di lavoro: zona limitrofa Sacile (PN)
Orario di lavoro: full time 40 ore/settimana
