Gestisce un team attraverso linee di reporting funzionali, offre supporto alla realizzazione dei progetti e funge da punto di riferimento tecnico e organizzativo principale.ResponsabilitàGuidare e supervisionare il team regolatorio, assegnandogli compiti e monitorando le scadenze, partecipando attivamente alle attività di regulatory.Garantire la conformità di cosmetici, alimenti e nutraceutici nei mercati UE e non UE.Preparare, revisionare e presentare documentazione normativa (dossier, notifiche, registrazioni, etichette, claims).Essere aggiornato su regolamenti nazionali e internazionali e interagire con autorità e partner esterni.Collaborare con R&D, Produzione, Marketing, Vendite e QA per supportare lo sviluppo e lancio di nuovi prodotti.Fornire indicazioni al team, monitorare KPI e contribuire a miglioramenti di processo per efficienza e conformità.RequisitiLaurea in Farmacia, Chimica, Biologia, Scienze Alimentari e Tecnologia o campi correlati.5+ anni di esperienza nei ruoli regolatori, 2+ anni di leadership.Master o corsi di settore in Regulatory Affairs (preferito).Profonda conoscenza di EMA, AIFA, FDA, EFSA, linee guida UE (cosmetici 1223/2009, alimenti 178/2002 & 1924/2006), GMP/GDP, REACH, CLP.Gestione dei dossier e conoscenza dei database regolatori.Fluente in inglese, scritto e parlato.
