In this role, you will provide technical and clinical support for robotic surgical systems, including training, in-service assistance, and field support. An average day may look like: Training medical professionals on the surgical robot platforms Designing, developing and facilitating training for internal and external customers Running professional education programmes Providing technical development feedback Troubleshooting products in the portfolio Gathering customer feedback This role is an exciting opportunity because the company is growing rapidly and entering new markets, providing a strong opportunity for professional growth and career advancement for those eager to expand their skills and take on new challenges.
