Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.

The job in brief:
  • Job Title: Corporate Affairs Specialist
  • Working model: hybrid from Switzerland
  • Team: you will join the Corporate Affairs & Compliance team within the Corporate department.
  • Level: Professional
  • Location: Chiasso, Switzerland (only for hybrid positions)
  • Contract: Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing minutes of board of directors meetings and general meetings, power of attorney, and company data.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the SIX Swiss Exchange and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the group's needs.
  • Provide legal support to the Corporate Development department for extraordinary transactions such as asset deal, share deal, merger and acquisition, newco establishment, liquidation, etc.
QualificationsYour expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate affairs activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Previous internship or work experience in corporate affairs or legal department.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a corporate, regulatory, or government environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of the industry's regulatory landscape and emerging trends.
