StudyTours – Milano StudyTours, leader italiano nella formazione linguistica internazionale con oltre cinquant’anni di esperienza e sedi in Europa, Stati Uniti e Canada, è alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Social Media da inserire nel team Marketing. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione completa dei social media dell’azienda , contribuendo in modo strategico e creativo allo sviluppo della presenza digitale del brand. 🎯 Cosa farai Gestione e supervisione di tutti i canali social StudyTours (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ideazione, produzione e pubblicazione di contenuti creativi (foto, video, reel, copy). Sviluppo del piano editoriale mensile e dei contenuti multiformato. Analisi delle performance e monitoraggio dei KPI social. Proposta e implementazione di nuove strategie digital , campagne social e trend emerging. Coordinamento con il team marketing e collaborazione con fotografi, videomaker e partner esterni. Gestione della community: interazione con utenti, risposte, moderazione e sviluppo engagement. 🔎 Requisiti Passione per il mondo digital e profonda conoscenza dei principali social network. Capacità di creare contenuti originali e coinvolgenti. Ottime capacità comunicative e di copywriting. Creatività, spirito proattivo e capacità di lavorare in autonomia. Conoscenza base di strumenti di grafica/video editing (Canva, Adobe, ecc.) – plus ma non obbligatorio.
