La risorsa si occuperà della verifica formale della documentazione elettronica, l emissione e la distribuzione della stessa attraverso i sistemi di gestione documentale societari.
Produce periodicamente la reportistica per il monitoraggio dello status dei documenti e del progress di progetto.
Requisiti:
-Esperienza in ambito back office
-Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
-Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office
Completa il profilo attitudine al team working, precisione, autonomia e puntualità.
Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato in somministrazione.
