About the role
What will you do ?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and smart HR Intern to join our HR Team based at our Milan Office. This role offers an immersion in various aspects of Human Resources, including HR operations (admin, payroll, technology) compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement and internal communications. This internship offers an authentic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to building an inclusive company culture and vibrant employee experience.

 

As HR Administration & Internal communication Intern your main focus will be on:

•    Support on HR administrative duties (eg. employee contracts, onboarding documents, payroll prep, GDPR, restaurant tickets, benefits etc.) and maintaining all HR records and documents organized
•    Support new employee onboarding by ensuring all materials are prepared and ready for day one
•    Become a proactive member of our HR team, offering support on various projects aimed at improving our candidates and employees’ experience •    Supporting with key events and the communications around them; 
•    Create and manage content for internal communications channels such as email newsletters, reports, power point presentations
•    Contribute to employee engagement activities, helping foster a positive work enviroment.

   

What are we looking for?
•    Ideally possesses a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in a related field

•    Understanding of HR functions and best practices
•    Creative background and interest in communication and organizations;
•    A passion for themes such as Sustainability, D&I, Wellbeing and the Employee Lifecycle;
•    Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian and English with a passion for writing and storytelling;
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Ideally good use of Tools such as Canva, photoshop, video making 
•    Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problem-solve, work in teams, and focus on delivering assigned work
