Manpower Professional, per conto di un’azienda cliente attiva nel settore Logistica, sta selezionando una figura di Key Account Manager su Roma.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare il business sul mercato italiano, identificando nuove opportunità commerciali in diversi settori (es. e-commerce, retail, industriale, pharma, GDO, fashion, food, automotive) e costruendo relazioni solide con clienti strategici.Principali responsabilità:Sviluppare il business commerciale sul mercato italiano;Individuare nuove opportunità di business in diversi settori (e-commerce, retail, industriale, GDO, pharma, fashion, food, automotive);Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: prospezione, contatto clienti, analisi dei bisogni, presentazione offerte e negoziazione contratti;Analizzare il mercato e contribuire alla definizione della strategia commerciale;Raccogliere feedback per migliorare soluzioni, pricing e posizionamento;Collaborare con le funzioni interne per garantire elevati standard di servizio;Partecipare a fiere di settore, eventi e incontri strategici.Requisiti:Almeno 3 anni di esperienza commerciale nel ruolo di Business Developer, Sales Account o KAM, preferibilmente nel settore Servizi b2b;Esperienza nella creazione di un portafoglio clienti;Abilità nella gestione di trattative complesse e progetti di medio-lungo periodo;Ottima capacità di costruire business case, preventivi e offerte;Utilizzo professionale di CRM e strumenti di vendita;Conoscenza del mercato italiano e delle sue filiere;Forte orientamento al risultato e alla crescita commerciale;Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, ascolto e negoziazione.Sede di lavoro: RomaSmart Working al 50%.
